Common Errors & Troubleshooting

1. I don’t see a job in Airship

Possible causes

  • The job hasn’t synced from ServiceTitan yet

  • You don’t have permission to view that job

  • The job was recently created or updated

How to fix

  1. Confirm the job exists in ServiceTitan

  2. Refresh Airship and wait 1–2 minutes

  3. Make sure you are assigned to the job in ServiceTitan

  4. Check with your Admin to confirm your role permissions

Tip: Jobs typically sync within minutes, but very recent changes may take a short time to appear.

2. Photos, notes, or job details are missing

Possible causes

  • The data hasn’t finished syncing

  • The photo or note was added after the proposal was opened

  • Permission restrictions from ServiceTitan

How to fix

  1. Refresh the job in Airship

  2. Close and reopen the proposal

  3. Confirm the photo or note exists in ServiceTitan

  4. Ask your Admin to verify your ServiceTitan permissions

3. I can’t create or edit proposal templates

Who this applies to: Admins only

Possible causes

  • You’re logged in as an Advisor or Technician

  • Your Admin role is limited

How to fix

  1. Confirm you are logged in as an Admin

  2. Go to Settings → Proposal Templates

  3. If access is still blocked, contact your Airship representative

Note: Advisors and Technicians can use templates, but only Admins can create or edit them.

4. I can’t add pricing or financing options

Possible causes

  • Pricing is locked by your role

  • Financing provider is not configured

  • Proposal section is restricted

How to fix

  1. Check your role permissions with your Admin

  2. Confirm a financing provider has been added in Settings

  3. Try duplicating the option instead of editing it
