This FAQ answers the most common questions companies have before getting started with Airship.

Financing

Does Airship only work with ServiceTitan financing partners?
No. Airship works with any financing provider. You simply load the plans you offer, and your team selects the right one while building the proposal.

Are you integrated directly with lenders?
Not yet. However, we help configure your most common financing programs during onboarding so your team can start offering them right away.


ServiceTitan Integration

Does Airship respect our existing ServiceTitan permissions?
Yes. We mirror your existing roles and permissions so users only see what they should.

Does equipment history and service history pull into Airship?
Yes. We sync job details, equipment, service history, and even call transcripts. And everything done in Airship writes back to ServiceTitan automatically.

Do photos and notes added in Airship show up in ServiceTitan?
Yes. They flow directly into the job record.


Rebates

How do rebates work in Airship?
Airship supports both major rebate types:

Instant / Upfront Rebates
If you apply a rebate directly to the job price, you’ll continue using your ServiceTitan pricebook item. The discounted price will appear right on the proposal.

Chase-Down Rebates
For rebates customers claim after the job is complete, we configure those programs in Airship. Proposals clearly show the full price and the “after rebate” effective cost so homeowners understand what they’ll truly pay.

This transparency makes it easier for customers to say yes.


Customer Experience

Where do customer reviews inside Airship come from?
We pull them directly from your Google Business Profile using Google’s API.

How do customers view proposals?
They can view and sign through an iPad, a text message link, an email link, or a QR code. Whatever is easiest for them in the moment.


Onboarding & Getting Started

How fast can we go live with Airship?
Most companies are fully onboarded and live in under 14 days from signing.

What does the onboarding experience look like?
We keep it simple, fast, and hands-on:

Kickoff Call
We align on goals, collect your ST tenant ID, and begin configuration. Most core data pulls in within about 30 minutes.

Configuration Session
A 60–90 minute working session to set up branding, financing plans, templates, and your admin panel.

In-Person Training
For larger teams, we provide on-site training (90 minutes–2 hours). Ride-alongs available for real-world support.

Ongoing Support
Weekly check-ins for the first six weeks, then biweekly as needed to ensure adoption, results, and continuous improvement.
