When Carrier equipment is installed and the model and serial number are linked to a job in ServiceTitan, Airship can automatically submit the warranty registration on your behalf. To get started, you simply initiate the process from the Warranties tab in your Airship admin panel — no forms, no phone calls, no follow-up required.

How to register your warranty

Step 1

Equipment is installed

Your technician installs a Carrier unit and links the model and serial number to the job in ServiceTitan.

Step 2

Open the admin panel

Log in to Airship and find the applicable job details page using the Past Jobs tab. Click 'Warranty'

Step 3

Initiate registration

Select the equipment you'd like to register and initiate the warranty registration from the tab.

Step 4

Airship does the rest

Airship automatically submits the registration to Carrier using the data from ServiceTitan.

Where to set this up

In your Airship admin panel, go to the Warranties tab to enter your Carrier Dealer ID.

Before you get started

Make sure your technician has correctly entered the model number and serial number of the Carrier equipment in ServiceTitan. Without this information, the registration cannot be submitted automatically.

If anything is missing, ask your technician to update the Equipment tab in ServiceTitan before you initiate registration from the admin panel.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work for all Carrier equipment?

Yes — all eligible Carrier products with a model and serial number linked in ServiceTitan can be registered through the Warranties tab.

What if the serial number wasn't entered in ServiceTitan?

The registration requires the model and serial number to be present in ServiceTitan before you initiate it. Have your technician update the job first, then return to the Warranties tab to proceed.

What if I already registered a warranty manually?

No action is needed. If a warranty was already registered, there is no risk of duplication — Airship checks before submitting.

Will I receive a confirmation after registering?

Yes. Once your warranty has been submitted, you'll receive a confirmation through your normal communication channels.
