Proposal Behavior Settings

Require Homeowner Signature on Acceptance

When enabled, homeowners are required to sign the proposal before it can be accepted. This ensures clear agreement and documentation before the sale is finalized.

Signature on Accept Flow

  • Homeowner signs directly within Airship

  • Signature is captured at the time of acceptance

  • Helps reduce disputes and set clear expectations

Auto-Mark Estimate as Sold in Service Titan

When enabled, the associated estimate in ServiceTitan is automatically updated to Sold once the proposal is signed and accepted in Airship.

  • Keeps systems in sync

  • Helps speed up job creation and scheduling

Show Line Item Pricing on Proposals

When enabled, pricing will be displayed next to Services & Equipment items on homeowner facing proposal pages

  • Can be turned off if your sales approach focuses on bundled pricing

Set launch Logo

When enabled, the Airship logo will appear in the appointments job notes in ServiceTitan. This serves as a visual reminder for your team to use Airship for that appointment.

Default Proposal Sorting

You can configure:

  • Sort by: Build order, price, or name

  • Sort direction: Highest to lowest or lowest to highest

This ensures proposals are presented in a consistent and intentional order without requiring manual adjustments.
