Adding Brand Assets to Your Proposals

Brand Assets let you feature larger media files — like YouTube videos or PDFs — directly inside your proposals, right where the conversation with the homeowner is already happening.

Why use Brand Assets

Owners can upload PDFs and link videos from organization settings, and advisors will see them under the Brand Story in every proposal. Instead of hunting for a spec sheet mid-pitch or sending a homeowner off to YouTube to find a video, the supporting material is already there in the proposal — ready to pull up on the spot.

Common examples include:

  • A company value binder or capabilities overview

  • A product demo or explainer video

  • Spec sheets or detailed product PDFs

  • Warranty or financing program materials

Because these assets live at the organization level, once an owner adds one, it's available to every advisor, in every proposal, without any extra setup on their end.

How to add a Brand Asset

  1. Go to the Admin panel.

  2. Select Brand Assets.

  3. Click Add Asset.

  4. Fill in the asset details:

    • Title

    • Short description

    • Thumbnail image

  5. Choose the file type you're uploading — you can add a JPEG or PNG file, or a video link.

  6. Upload your file (or paste your video link).

  7. Click Create.

Once created, the asset is immediately available to add into your proposals.

Where advisors will see it

Once a Brand Asset is added, it appears under the Company Story section of every proposal. Advisors don't need to do anything to access it — it's simply there, alongside the rest of the brand content, ready to open during the homeowner conversation.

Who can add Brand Assets

Only account Owners can upload and manage Brand Assets from organization settings. Advisors can view and present assets in proposals, but adding or editing them is an owner-level permission.
