What's New
Send Follow-Ups by Text, Email, or Share
Advisors can now send a proposal follow-up straight from their own device. Send it as a text message or an email, or use your phone's share options to pass it along however you prefer, so the homeowner hears from you on the channel they are most likely to answer.
Present Without a Connection [BETA]
The proposal presentation now runs offline. If you lose signal in a basement, an attic, or a rural driveway, you can keep walking the homeowner through their options without interruption. Offline support is still in beta, so reach out to us if you would like access.
Add Brand Assets to Proposals
Owners can now upload PDFs and link to videos from the organization settings, and advisors will see them under the brand story in their proposals. Instead of hunting for a spec sheet on their phone, switching apps, or sending the homeowner off to YouTube, advisors keep the supporting material right where the conversation is happening.
Item Groups
Item groups from ServiceTitan are now visible and actionable in Airship. A user can add a parent item to a proposal option and group other pricebook items underneath it. The grouped items count toward the price, but the homeowner never sees them — only the parent item appears on the Airship proposal and on the ServiceTitan estimate.
Memberships with Different Durations and Billing Frequencies
Memberships set up in ServiceTitan with different durations and billing frequencies are now supported in Airship. When you add a membership to a proposal option, a Duration Billing dropdown lets you choose the duration and billing frequency you want to sell, and that choice writes back correctly to the ServiceTitan estimate.
Calculate Rebates Before or After Tax
Percentage rebates can now be calculated on the pre-tax total instead of the post-tax total. You set this on each rebate under Rebates Setup in the organization settings, and existing rebates can be updated at any time. Post-tax stays the default, so nothing changes until you switch a rebate over.
This matters when a rebate is quoted as a percentage of the subtotal before tax, such as a Costco shop card, where calculating after tax makes the rebate come out higher than is expected. The choice applies to percentage rebates only, since a fixed rebate has no total to calculate from.
Share a Single Estimate
From the proposal share page you can now create a link to one specific estimate instead of the whole proposal. This is useful when a homeowner only needs to review or forward a single option.
Turn Off At a Glance AI Summaries
Organizations can now switch off the At a Glance AI summaries, for teams that would rather present the details without an AI-written summary.
