Release: 11.4.2025

We’ve made a small change to make building proposals quicker. When you click Build Proposal from the appointment screen, you’ll go straight to creating your options, no more extra step asking which workflow you want.

Previous Proposals are now in Template Hub, and Guided Mode can be started right from the options page. It’s a faster flow that’ll feel a little different the first time.

Share Selected Options: Comfort Advisors can now share only specific options or even a single option when sending a proposal. The Share flow honors the visibility toggles from the Eyeball modal, so whatever you hide or show there is exactly what the homeowner sees. Hidden options are excluded from the shared link, Compare view, and PDF.

Manage Options Tool: Organizing options in the Builder is faster with the new Manage Options button. Rename, duplicate, remove, and reorder from one editor. Drag-and-drop to adjust order, add new options, and save to update the proposal layout and PDF. This replaces “+ New Option” and removes redundant header actions for a cleaner workflow.

Fixes & Enhancements:

  • Rename “Featured Add-Ons” Tab: The tab is now Feature Promo to clarify its purpose for highlighting memberships, community offers, and other talking points.

  • Add-On Pricing: Fixed an issue where add-on prices configured in ServiceTitan were not appearing in Airship proposals.

  • Upgrade Pricing Display: Resolved inconsistencies when toggling between full price and financed monthly views. Upgrade cards and the detail page now follow the selected display mode.

  • Contact Bar Messaging: Updated to: “Questions about your proposal? We’ll guide you every step of the way.” Applied across proposals and PDFs.

One more update in this release to call out: Organizing options in the Builder is faster with the new Manage Options button.

Rename, duplicate, remove, and reorder from one editor. Drag-and-drop to adjust order, add new options, and save to update the proposal layout and PDF. This replaces “+ New Option” and removes redundant header actions for a cleaner workflow.
