  • Mission & core values (what drives your team)

  • Years in business & experience

  • Certifications, awards, and affiliations

  • Service guarantees or commitments

Content should be written in clear, customer-friendly language that is easy to present and understand.

Creating the Company Story

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company Story

  2. Add Core Value

  3. Add title, description, and images if desired.

  4. Create.

Core values will appear in the proposals as they are ordered in settings. To change the order in which core values are presented, simply drag and drop them in the desired order.

During proposal presentation, the company story is displayed as a dedicated section, comfort advisors can use it to build rapport with the customer, as the content supports trust building before or after discussing pricing and options. This ensures a consistent message is delivered to every homeowner, regardless or the team member presenting.

Best Practices for an Effective Company Story

  • Keep message concise and authentic

  • Focus on homeowner benefits

  • Highlight what makes your company different from the rest.

  • Avoid overly technical language.

  • Review and update content regularly to keep it current.
