Who Can Set Up Company Promotions

Company promotion setup is managed by

  • Admin users

  • Sales managers

  • Your dedicated Airship representative

Comfort Advisors can apply promotions during proposal creation but do not typically manage promotion configuration.

Airship supports several promotion types, including fixed dollar discounts, percentage-based discounts, limited time offers, and seasonal or campaign promotions. Promotions can be designed to complement rebates and upgrades while keeping pricing clear and easy for homeowners to understand.

Creating a Promotion

To create a new company promotion in Airship:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Promotions

  2. Select Add Promo

  3. Complete the required fields

  • Title (customer facing & easy to understand)

  • Short Description (usually a short description)

  • Long description (to include terms, expiration date, etc)

  • Add promotional images if desired.

  1. Click Create

Best Practices for Promotions

  • Use clear, customer-friendly promotion names

  • Always set start and end dates to avoid outdated offers

  • Keep descriptions concise and benefit-focused

  • Align promotions with seasonal demand or sales goals

  • Train comfort advisors on how to explain promotions without discounting value
