Proposal Template Tags
Option templates can now be tagged and organized by category. Advisors can filter the template browser by tag when building a proposal — making it faster to find the right starting point, especially for organizations with large template libraries. Tags can be created and managed in the organization admin.
Dynamic Pricing from ServiceTitan
Airship now imports and applies dynamic pricing rules configured in ServiceTitan. When a dynamic price is set on a product in ST, the pricebook service uses it when calculating proposal costs — keeping pricing accurate without manual overrides in Airship.
Accepted Proposal PDF Uploaded to ServiceTitan
When a homeowner accepts a proposal option, the accepted option PDF is automatically uploaded to the corresponding ServiceTitan job as an attachment. Install teams get the signed, finalized proposal in ST without any manual file transfer.
Duplicate Template Options
Option templates can now be duplicated directly from the template builder. This speeds up setup for organizations building multiple similar configurations — start from an existing template instead of from scratch.
Fixes & Improvements
Faster schedule & history loading: Loading times for the appointment schedule and proposal history have been significantly reduced.
Business unit support in pricebook search: Pricebook search now correctly filters by business unit when one is associated with a template.
Proposal option empty states: Option query results now display clear empty states when no items are found.
