Product videos from your ServiceTitan pricebook now display in the proposal builder and customer-facing presentation. When a product has a video attached in ST, it surfaces automatically in Airship — giving advisors a richer way to explain equipment and helping homeowners visualize what they're buying. Multiple videos and photos per product are now supported.

Airship now generates AI-powered summaries for individual proposal options. Each option gets a concise, accurate description of what's included — automatically written based on the products, features, and configuration — saving advisors time and ensuring every option is clearly explained to the homeowner.

AI-generated option summaries now appear in the proposal PDF and accepted proposal PDF. Homeowners take away a complete, readable description of what each option includes — not just a list of part numbers.

Products within a proposal option can now be reordered by drag and drop. Advisors can arrange items in the order that best supports the sales conversation — leading with the most important components or organizing by system type.

Option templates can now be imported from a ServiceTitan template export, with discounts included in the import. Teams managing estimate templates in ServiceTitan can bulk-load them into Airship, saving significant setup time.

Accepted and sold options in the Past Jobs view now display a "Won" chip, making it easy to identify closed jobs at a glance.

The ST integration now supports incremental pricebook updates — only changed items are synced on each run, making pricebook refreshes faster and more efficient for organizations with large pricebooks.
