AI Photo Processing for Equipment

When a technician uploads a photo of existing equipment, Airship now uses AI to automatically generate an equipment checklist, title, and description from the image. This eliminates manual data entry on-site and ensures every appointment starts with accurate, structured equipment information — even before the advisor walks through the door.

Import ServiceTitan Estimate Templates

ST estimate templates can now be imported directly into Airship's proposal template builder. Organizations already managing estimate templates in ServiceTitan can bring them into Airship in bulk, with discounts, pricing, and structure intact — dramatically reducing template setup time.

Job Activities on the Platform

Job activities from ServiceTitan are now visible on the Airship platform. Advisors can see the history of activity on a job — calls, notes, status changes — directly in the app, giving them the full context of a customer relationship before and during the appointment.

Business Unit in Schedule View

The appointment schedule list now shows the business unit for each job, helping advisors and managers quickly identify which division or service line an appointment belongs to.

New Proposal Presentation Design

The customer-facing proposal presentation has been updated with a new main page design — cleaner layout, improved visual hierarchy, and better organization of options and details for the homeowner review experience.

Itemized Discounts in Proposal Presentation

Discounts are now displayed as individual line items in the customer presentation, rather than as a single combined number. Homeowners can see exactly which discounts apply to each option — increasing transparency and reducing friction around pricing conversations.
