Experience Types

Experience: can be a pain point for the customer, may be related to allergies, cold spots, or shedding pets.

Preference: What does the homeowner want in their new system? Are they concerned about cost, tax credits/rebates, or efficiency?

During the sales process, Comfort Advisors can select applicable Home Experience options based on customer feedback. These selections capture the homeowners current experience, highlight key priorities within the proposal and provide context for recommended systems, upgrades, and solutions. This ensures the proposal clearly reflects the homeowners needs, not just equipment specifications.

Best Practices for Home Experience Setup

  • Use language that homeowners can easily understand and relate to.

  • Be intentional with the number of options to keep the conversations focused.

  • Align options with common comfort and efficiency concerns

  • Review options regularly based on customer feedback
