Organizations can now configure Terms & Conditions that homeowners must review and agree to when accepting a proposal option. T&C content is managed in the org admin and presented to the customer at the moment of acceptance — adding a layer of legal protection to every closed job without slowing down the sales flow.

Universal upgrades now appear in a dedicated grid layout within the proposal, making it easier for homeowners to browse and select add-ons. Upgrades are also surfaced in the option detail views for a more prominent upsell opportunity throughout the conversation.

Advisors can now edit products that have already been added to a proposal option — adjusting descriptions, pricing, and details in place without removing and re-adding the item. Faster corrections, fewer rebuilds.

Rebate amounts can now be edited directly in the proposal builder. This gives advisors the flexibility to apply the correct incentive value when rebate amounts vary by customer situation.

Job briefing emails now pull appointment details to provide richer, more accurate pre-visit context. Advisors receive a more complete picture of each upcoming appointment before they arrive.

Button text and navigation flow throughout the proposal workflow have been updated for clarity — making it more intuitive for advisors to move through building, reviewing, and sharing proposals.
