Streamlined Proposal Building
When a CA opens a new proposal, the builder now defaults directly to the options page — no extra step selecting a workflow. Guided Mode is still available from the options page. The result is a faster, more direct path from appointment to proposal.
Real-Time ServiceTitan Sync for All Options
Every option created in Airship is automatically synced to ServiceTitan and kept up to date as changes are made. Pricing updates, product changes, and new options flow to ST without any manual action — what the advisor shows the homeowner always matches the ST record.
Share Proposal via QR Code
Advisors can now share the customer proposal presentation as a QR code. Homeowners can scan it on their phone to view the proposal themselves — useful for leaving behind a digital copy at the end of the appointment.
Price Breakdown View
A new dedicated Price Breakdown view gives homeowners a focused, line-by-line breakdown of what they're paying for — equipment, rebates, discounts, financing, and totals — in one clear screen. This is now the most focused moment in the sales conversation.
Option Accepted — Notification & Email
When a homeowner accepts a proposal option, a modal notifies the advisor immediately and an email is sent to the Comfort Advisor. This closes the loop on accepted jobs and enables fast handoff to the install team.
Customer Can Accept Directly in the Presentation
Homeowners can now tap "Accept" directly within the customer proposal presentation to select their option — creating a clean, self-serve acceptance path alongside the advisor-led flow.
Discounts & Fees in Proposals
Discounts and fees can now be added to proposal options directly in the Airship builder.
Fixes & Improvements
Mobile tap areas improved: Touch targets enlarged across the proposal builder for better tablet and phone usability.
CA profile title in presentation: If a CA has a custom title configured, it now displays in the customer presentation view.
Improved share email deliverability: Proposal share emails updated for better inbox delivery.
