AI Call Summaries
Airship now automatically generates an AI-powered summary of the booking call for each upcoming appointment. When a call recording is available in ServiceTitan, Airship processes it and surfaces a structured briefing directly on the appointment screen — before the advisor walks in the door.
Each summary includes the call reason, equipment mentioned, scheduling constraints, what the agent committed to, and any special access or property notes. Call summaries are also included in job briefing emails. Your team walks in knowing the customer's situation before they knock on the door.
Universal Upgrades in Proposal Presentation
Universal upgrades — add-ons that apply across all options — are now displayed in the customer-facing proposal presentation. Homeowners can see available upgrades like extended warranties, IAQ accessories, or smart thermostats alongside every system option, making it easier for advisors to reinforce upsell opportunities without breaking the flow.
Price Display Mode
Owners can now configure how prices are displayed across proposals — full price, monthly financing, or both. This setting applies platform-wide and ensures every advisor presents pricing the same way, consistent with how your company wants to lead the conversation.
Proposal Presentation Photos
Photos can now be uploaded to the proposal presentation, giving advisors richer visuals to support each option. Images are processed and optimized for display on both the advisor and homeowner views.
Videos in Existing Equipment Section
Videos attached to existing equipment are now playable directly in the Existing Equipment section of the customer presentation — helping advisors show homeowners what's currently installed and why a replacement makes sense.
Organization-Configured Option Names as Defaults
When an organization has configured standard option names (Good, Better, Best or custom names), those names are now applied as defaults when building new proposals — saving advisors a step and keeping naming consistent across the team.
