What's New

Proposal PDF & Print

Every Airship proposal can now be downloaded as a professionally formatted PDF or sent to a printer. The PDF captures all options side-by-side with full pricing, rebates, discounts, financing, statements of work, and system details — designed to leave behind with the homeowner or share digitally after the appointment.

Key details: proposals are named after the property address for easy filing, options display up to four per row with consistent alignment across pricing rows, and additional options flow into new rows without compression. The PDF matches the live homeowner presentation exactly.

Customer Digital Signature

Homeowners can now sign their accepted proposal option digitally. When a customer accepts an option, they are prompted to provide their signature, which is captured and uploaded to the corresponding ServiceTitan job record as an attachment. This replaces paper-based sign-offs and creates a digital paper trail for every closed job.

Proposal Notes Synced to ServiceTitan

Proposal notes and finish notes entered in Airship are now automatically synced to the corresponding ServiceTitan job and estimate records. Install teams get the full context from the sales appointment without anyone having to re-enter it in ST.

Financial Plan Per Option

Each proposal option can now be configured with its own financing plan. Advisors can present different financing structures per option — not just a single plan across all choices — giving homeowners more relevant comparisons and a stronger path to closing.

Fixes & Improvements

  • Statements of Work in PDF: SOWs attached to proposal options now appear in the generated PDF.

  • ServiceTitan integration token refresh: Long-running ST integration runs no longer fail due to expired tokens — the integration now refreshes automatically.
