Airship now displays membership-discounted pricing in proposals for customers with active ServiceTitan memberships. Homeowners who are members see their discounted price alongside the standard price — making the value of their membership tangible and removing a common objection at closing. Membership prices also appear in PDFs.
Rebate Qualifying Indicators
Products that qualify for a rebate now display a qualifying chip directly in the proposal presentation and PDF. Homeowners can see at a glance which items are eligible for incentives — making rebates part of the visual presentation rather than a footnote the advisor has to remember to mention.
Financing Application URL in Proposals
The financing application URL is now displayed within the proposal presentation, giving homeowners a direct path to apply for financing without the advisor having to share a separate link. This keeps the momentum going when a homeowner wants to move forward.
Show Financing and Full Price Together
Proposals can now display both the monthly financing amount and the full cash price for each option at the same time. Homeowners see the complete pricing picture in one view — no toggling required.
Improved Past Jobs View
The Past Jobs view now shows all proposals built in Airship by default. Previously, some jobs were filtered out unintentionally. Advisors see a complete history without needing to adjust filters manually.
SMS Opt-In
A compliant SMS opt-in flow is now available for Airship users, laying the foundation for text-based proposal sharing and follow-up communications with homeowners.
Fixes & Improvements
Faster app loading: Web app bundles are now compressed, improving load times in the field.
Setting to hide financing in cost breakdown: Organizations can now configure whether financing options appear in the cost breakdown view.
Past jobs search defaults: Default filters updated so technician and owner past job views return the most relevant results immediately.
