Release Notes — February 2026

Airship improvements and fixes delivered in February 2026.

What's New

Outage Experience Tool

A new Outage Experience feature is now available in the proposal toolkit. Advisors can walk homeowners through an interactive outage experience calculator — showing the cost and inconvenience of HVAC failure and helping build urgency around a replacement decision. The experience is also built into the customer presentation app, giving homeowners a compelling visual to take home.

Proposal Quality Score for Advisors

Comfort Advisors can now see a quality score for each proposal they build. The score provides real-time feedback on proposal completeness — helping advisors know whether they've presented enough information to maximize close rates before leaving the appointment.

Upgrades in Proposal Toolkit

Upgrades are now accessible directly from the proposal toolkit, giving advisors an easy way to add and manage add-on items for an accepted option from one central place.

Work Order PDF

Airship can now generate a work order PDF for accepted proposals. The document includes proposal details, accepted option, and customer information — ready to hand off to the install team or file with the job record.

Download Documents Section in Toolkit

A new Documents section in the proposal toolkit gives advisors one place to download all proposal-related files — PDFs, work orders, and other attachments — without navigating between screens.

AI Tools for Option Summaries

AI tools are now available directly within the proposal option summary editor. Advisors can generate or improve option descriptions using AI with a single tap — keeping summaries accurate, clear, and consistently written across the team.

"Accept Now" Button

The acceptance button in the customer proposal presentation has been renamed from "Buy Now" to Accept Now — language that better reflects the sales context and reduces the friction of a purchasing framing at the close.

Acceptance Date on Accepted Proposal PDF

The date a homeowner accepted a proposal is now included in the accepted proposal PDF — creating a clear record of when the sale was closed.

Custom Default Theme

Organizations can now update their default proposal theme, controlling the visual style of proposals platform-wide.

Fixes & Improvements

  • HTML formatting in FAQ: FAQ content now supports rich text formatting including bold, italics, and lists for better readability in the proposal presentation.

  • FAQ reordering: FAQ items can now be reordered in the org admin to control the order they appear in the proposal.
