Down Payment on Proposals
Advisors can now configure a down payment amount in the Toolkit that appears directly on the proposal presentation and PDF. Homeowners see exactly how this impacts finance payments and what is due at signing alongside the full project total.
Leasing Payment Option for Proposals
In addition to standard financing plans, options can now be configured with a leasing plan that displays a monthly payment. For brands that support this option, Comfort Advisors can now provide additional payment options to the home owner.
Expiration Dates on Proposals
Brands can now set a default expiration date on all new proposals. Comfort Advisors can also update an expiration date on appointment proposals. Once a proposal has reached the expiration date the customer will be directed to contact their Comfort Advisor.
Template Management Updates
Discounts
Discounts can now be added to proposal template options so that common discount structures are automatically included whenever a template is applied. This keeps proposals consistent and saves advisors from manually adding recurring discounts in the field.
Option Reordering
Options within a proposal template can now be reordered, giving admins full control over the default sequence in which options appear when a template is used on a proposal.
Add Pricebook Items to Multiple Option Templates
A pricebook item can now be assigned to multiple option templates at once rather than one at a time. This significantly speeds up catalog setup for organizations with overlapping option structures.
Custom Proposal Share Message
Admins can now configure a custom message in Organization Settings that is included when a proposal link is shared with a homeowner. This allows organizations to set a consistent, branded message across all proposal share notifications.
Automatic Airship Tag on ServiceTitan Jobs
When an Airship proposal exists for a job, the Airship tag is now automatically applied to that job in ServiceTitan.
Owner Profile Management in Admin App
Organization owners can now update any team member's profile image and bio directly from the admin app, without requiring each user to manage their own profile.
Customer Contact Discovery
Comfort Advisors users now have access to a contact page that surfaces all available contact records associated with a customer. This makes it easier to find the right person to reach on a job without leaving the app.
Fixes & Improvements
Discount line items in price breakdown: A quantity column is now included for discount line items in the price breakdown table and PDFs, and consolidated discounts now show a count of how many individual discounts are included.
Add-on price toggle visibility: The member/standard price toggle for add-ons is now visible even when both prices are $0, and is correctly restricted to edit mode only.
Proposal PDF generation: Fixed an issue where PDF generation would fail on proposals with a large number of line items.
Presentation layout fixes: Fixed warranty and financing content overlapping in the proposal presentation, and corrected the organization logo rendering too small on both mobile and desktop views.
Past history with mixed technicians: Airship jobs assigned to non-Airship technicians now appear correctly in Past History when the Airship-only filter is enabled.
Replace button on sold options: The Replace button is now correctly disabled on options that have already been sold.
