What's New

Rebate Qualifying Chips on Products

Products that qualify for a rebate now display a visual chip directly next to the product in the proposal builder and presentation. Advisors can see at a glance which items are rebate-eligible while building — and homeowners see the same visual indicator in their proposal. Qualifying categories are now configurable, so organizations can control exactly which products display the chip.

Percentage-Based Discounts

Discounts can now be configured as a percentage of the option total rather than a fixed dollar amount. This supports common discount structures like "10% off" without requiring manual calculation per proposal.

Upgrades with Financing in Presentation

Universal upgrades in the customer presentation now display with financing options. Homeowners can see the monthly cost of each upgrade alongside the base system — making it easier to say yes to add-ons without feeling the full upfront price.

Membership Price Display in Proposals and PDFs

Membership-discounted prices are now shown throughout the proposal and in exported PDFs. Customers with multiple active ServiceTitan memberships see pricing that reflects all applicable member benefits applied together.

Quantity Display in Proposal Views

Product quantities are now clearly shown in proposal views, giving homeowners and advisors a complete picture of what's included in each option — not just which products, but how many.

Fixes & Improvements

  • Rebate chips in PDF: Qualifying rebate chips now appear in both the proposal presentation and the generated PDF.

  • Improved acceptance email sender: Proposal and acceptance email sender properties updated for better delivery and homeowner trust.

  • ST estimate error messaging: Error messages for failed ServiceTitan estimate syncs are now clearer and more actionable.
