Airship features, improvements, and fixes delivered in April 2026.

What's New

Multiple Financing Options Per Option

Each proposal option can now be configured with multiple financing plans rather than a single one. Advisors can offer the homeowner several ways to finance the same system — different terms, different monthly payments — all within a single option. This gives homeowners more flexibility and removes a common objection to closing.

Replace Products on Proposal Options

Products on an existing proposal option can now be replaced directly, without removing and re-adding items. This makes it faster to update a proposal when the right product changes or when a homeowner wants to swap out a component during the appointment.

Customer Signature on Work Order PDF

The customer's digital signature and acceptance date are now included in the work order PDF, creating a single document that serves as both the approved proposal and the signed work authorization for the install team.

AI Media Summary Settings

Admins can now configure AI media summary settings at the organization level — controlling when and how AI-generated summaries on media uploads are created and displayed across proposals and options.

Proposal Share URL in ServiceTitan Custom Fields

When a proposal is shared, Airship now writes the proposal share URL into a custom field on the ServiceTitan job. This makes the Airship proposal url available for followup campaigns in ServiceTitian Marketing Pro via a merge tag.

Custom Fields for Retail Document Pre-Fill

Custom fields can now be configured to pre-fill document templates when generating retail documents — reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistent, accurate paperwork on every job.

Fixes & Improvements

  • ServiceTitan estimate sync accuracy: Prices updated to $0 in Airship now correctly sync to ST. Product quantities and totals in ST estimates now match Airship proposals more reliably, including the replace and quantity update flows.

  • Membership pricing in ST estimates: ServiceTitan estimate syncs now use membership pricing when applicable, keeping the ST record aligned with what the homeowner saw in their proposal.

  • Faster navigation: Load times between the service management app and proposal presentation have been significantly improved.

  • Upgrades locked after acceptance: Users can no longer add new upgrades to a proposal option after it has been accepted — preventing accidental modifications to a closed sale.
