What's New

Retail Form E-Signature

Retail generated leads generate revenue, but also increase the back office workload. After a proposal is sold, retail partners have to prepare and collect signature across many documents. Now, when a homeowner accepts a proposal option, Airship automatically sends them an email with a link to digitally sign the accepted proposal. Once signed, the document is uploaded to the corresponding ServiceTitan job record. This closes the loop on every sale electronically, without paperwork.

Carrier Warranty Submission

Organizations can now submit Carrier warranty registrations within Airship. When submitted through Airship, a warranty PDF is automatically generated and uploaded to the ServiceTitan job record on completion.

Proposal Links in ServiceTitan Estimates

Airship now writes external links directly to the ServiceTitan estimate record for every accepted option — one link to the Airship proposal builder for the advisor, and one to the homeowner-facing presentation (with the expiration date in the link name). Sales managers and dispatchers can navigate directly to any Airship proposal from within ServiceTitan.

No Financing Option Per Option

Financing availability can now be disabled on individual proposal options. For jobs where financing isn't applicable or available, advisors can turn it off per option rather than globally — keeping the presentation clean and relevant for each customer.

Fixes & Improvements

  • Accept option email improvements: Emails sent when a homeowner accepts an option now capture selected email addresses from the share flow for more accurate delivery.

  • Customer file delivery via CDN: Customer-uploaded files now use a CDN for optimized delivery and faster load times in the presentation.

  • Unsaved SOW confirmation: A confirmation dialog now appears if a user attempts to leave the SOW editor with unsaved changes.
