Advisors can now see proposal engagement activity directly in the Job History and Follow Up pages, making it easier to know when a homeowner has viewed a proposal and to time follow-ups accordingly. Additionally, this engagement data will be passed to the AI agent to improve your followup email right in Airship!

Airship will be able to keep working when there is no connection. In June, core proposal building data has been made available offline, more of the app now handles offline use gracefully, and a notification lets advisors know when they are working offline. Users interested in getting early access to offline support should reach out to us.

Financing plans now can have a merchant fee configured from the settings page. Once set, the advisor will see this fee when they are setting finance plans across the Airship proposal options. Homeowners do not see these fees.

Advisors can now browse ServiceTitan Job media and add any images directly to the proposal in Airship. This is great for customers that use services like CompanyCam or Conduit and want to bring those assets into Airship proposals.

Owners now have more control over their teams. Accounts can be disabled and later re-enabled, multiple people can be invited at once from the users management page, and new invites are automatically checked for conflicts with existing ServiceTitan accounts. Users and owners can also manage their own notification settings.

Costco contracts now support additional automatic fields, including the customer's Costco lead number and a combined homeowner city, state, and zip field, so paperwork is populated accurately without manual entry.
