What's New

Open Pipeline Dashboard

Airship now gives you a live view of every open job in your pipeline — the proposals you have sent that have not been accepted yet. Instead of guessing which proposals are still in play, you can see them all in one place and always know who to follow up with next. Comfort advisors see their own open jobs, and sales managers see every advisor's pipeline in a single view.

The top of the dashboard summarizes where things stand for the time range you choose: your total revenue opportunity (the dollars still on the table), how many jobs are open, how long they have been sitting on average, and how many customers opened their proposal in the last 24 hours.

A chart plots that open revenue by appointment date so you can see where the biggest opportunities are landing, and managers can filter the whole view down to a single advisor or step back to see the entire team.

Every open job is tagged by how the customer is engaging with it, so you can spend your time where it pays off. Hot means the customer is actively engaging, Gone quiet means momentum is fading, and Expiring soon means the proposal is about to lapse. The dashboard also surfaces your next priority — the proposal customers are engaging with most right now, and the one most likely to close if you follow up today.

From any job you can take a one-click action: view the job details, open it in the builder to make changes, preview the proposal exactly as the customer sees it, or send a targeted follow-up message with AI assistance. You can also search for a specific customer, filter by a status such as Hot or Expiring soon, and sort the list so your best opportunities rise to the top.

Fixes & Improvements

  • Duplicating a proposal option: Duplicating an option now resets its sold status correctly, so the copy starts fresh instead of carrying over the previous state.

  • Price editing: Prices can no longer be saved with invalid characters, keeping bad values out of a proposal.

  • Template Add-ons: Template items that were originally set to add-on pricing, but that add-on pricing no longer exists in ServiceTitian fall back to standard pricing.
