Previously, ServiceTitan did not allow Airship to pass duration or billing details on memberships, so those choices could not be made in Airship. That limitation has been lifted.
When you add one of these memberships to an estimate, you choose the duration and billing option you want, and that selection syncs back to ServiceTitan along with the rest of the estimate.
Adding a membership to an option
Open the estimate you are working in.
Find the membership you want to sell in your price book.
Add it using either the item itself or the quick add button. Either way, you will land on the membership details.
Choose the membership duration and billing option you want to apply.
Add it to your option, the same way you would add any other product.
Airship applies any membership pricing rules you have set up, so the price shown reflects those rules. Membership items are also labeled as a membership in your option, so they are easy to spot at a glance.
Changing a membership after you have added it
If you pick the wrong duration or the customer changes their mind, you do not need to start over. Open the membership item in your option and switch the duration and billing selection there.
What the customer's ServiceTitan estimate looks like
When the estimate syncs, the membership arrives in ServiceTitan with the duration and billing option you selected, at the price Airship showed you. For example, if you chose a six-month upfront option, that is exactly what appears on the ServiceTitan estimate.
